One coordinator sends the table request, gets the confirmation from vip@baddsm.com and shares it with the group.
Set the budget before the night
Ask for the full cost when you request a table, including any minimum spend and service charges, so nobody is surprised at the end.
Make arrival simple
Share the address (214 4th St, Des Moines), a meeting time and the plan for getting home. Everyone needs a valid ID; it's 21+.
