Privacy
Your details. Your choices.
BAD DSM, presented by Eclipse Entertainment, collects the details you submit (name, email or phone, birthday month, +1, night, table request details) to run the guestlist, answer table and event requests, and send promotions only through the channels you tick.
Marketing is optional
Email and text updates are separate opt-ins. Unsubscribe or text STOP anytime, or email info@baddsm.com. A +1 records a guest count, not another person's details.
Where it's kept
Submissions are stored in a restricted server folder outside the public website. We don't sell your details or display guest lists publicly.
Measurement
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and signups. They record pages viewed and whether a form was submitted, not the contents of the form.
BAD Pass
The BAD Pass has its own notice at baddsm.com/bad-pass. Inactive BAD Pass accounts are removed after 365 days.
Your rights
Email info@baddsm.com to see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw consent.
