Before booking any table, ask what is included, the full cost and minimum spend, whether entry is included, and the change and cancellation terms. Get it in writing.
What does the table include?
Ask for the location, seating, how many guests it fits, and what's served. A package name alone doesn't tell you much.
Is entry separate from the table?
Ask whether everyone arrives together and whether admission is included. Tables don't skip ID checks: at BAD DSM every guest is 21+ with valid ID.
What's the full price?
Get the amount due now, the amount due on arrival, any minimum spend and any service charges.
What if plans change?
Ask what happens if you're late, your group size changes or you need a different date. Keep the written confirmation.
